Return Window & Conditions
You may return any complete, unused, undamaged item in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt, in exchange for another product or a full refund.
Items cannot be refunded if they have been assembled, modified, dirtied, stained, or damaged from their original condition. Custom-made or bespoke orders are non-returnable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly made.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us within your 7-day window at customercare@gracefilledventures.com or call +233 50 167 2776. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange collection where applicable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrectly dispatched. Items must be returned in their original packaging to prevent transit damage.
We inspect all returned items and notify you via email within 5–10 working days of receipt. Returned goods found to be used, damaged, marked, or scratched will not be refunded or exchanged.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Any damage or fault must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide photographs of the damage before requesting a refund or replacement. If photographs cannot be provided, the item must be returned at your expense for inspection.
Once inspected and confirmed defective, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost. This policy does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper assembly, or misuse.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days from the date we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
