Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Ghana. Deliveries within Accra are free. If you live outside Accra, we can arrange for your products to be delivered. Please speak to a member of our sales team to arrange a quote.

When do we deliver?

Most of or deliveries and installations take place during normal working hours, Mon-Fri, 8am-5.30pm. Weekend and out of hours deliveries/installations are also possible for an additional charge. We are able to offer a Saturday delivery service. Please contact a Sales Advisor to find out more about arranging a Saturday delivery. 

Is there one standard delivery charge?

No, our delivery charge is calculated according to a number of factors including location, number of items purchased. The price will vary depending on your situation and order volume, therefore please consult with a Sales advisor to find out what charges will be applicable to your order.

How soon can you deliver?

All in-stock product will be delivered in 1-3 business days, within Greater Accra. An advisor will be in contact in the next 24 hours to arrange your delivery. Delivery on Customized or pre-order items will depend on current lead times, which will be advised upon purchase. 

Is delivery and installation included your Price?

Installation are generally free. However, we can only really advise this at the point of your enquiry; it really depends on the size and make-up of the order. Any installation charge will also depend upon the location.

Payment Information

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by cash, cheque, credit/debit card, Mobile Money, or via bank transfer.

Do you make items not in your catalogue?

Yes. We offer a full bespoke service allowing you to have fully customized pieces made to your exact specifications. Please contact a member of our sales team who will be happy to assist.

Do you carry any items in stock?

Yes, we maintain an extensive selection of our most popular products in stock and available for immediate delivery. Please consult our Sales Team for full details.

Lead Time

How long does it take to pre-order your furniture?

For our standard product we offer an industry-leading product lead time of approximately 6 weeks from receipt of a 70% deposit. If you need something completely bespoke, lead times can sometimes run into 8-12 weeks. We do everything within our power to speed up delivery. If you have a deadline to meet, please contact a member of our sales team to discuss your requirements.


Where can I see and try out your furniture?

To experience our beautiful furniture first-hand simply visit us at our showroom. Our dedicated team of sales advisors will be on hand to assist you.  

Do you have other items that aren’t displayed on your website?

Yes – we have an abundance of other ranges that are not shown on our website. If you don’t see anything that suits your needs on this site, we are sure to have what you want elsewhere. Just give us a call and tell us about the kind of furniture you need and we will create a bespoke presentation and send it straight to you. We’re sure we can help.

Am I restricted to the colours I see online?

Not at all. There are many different finishes, veneers, textures and fabrics to choose from. Give us a call, tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll happily let you know all the options and send you some samples.

How can I contact you for more information or to schedule a consultation?

Can you provide a visit for needs assessment?

Yes, in most cases. We just need an idea of what you’re looking to achieve with your space. Call us and we’ll see when we can book something in.

Do you have a brochure?

Just tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll create a virtual showroom tailored to your requirements. We can also send some hard copies or email PDF’s of specific ranges. We can usually send it out the same day.

Do you offer a guarantee/warranty?

Yes. Our products are normally covered by a minimum of 1-year warranty – unless otherwise stated.

What are your opening hours?

Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
